Yine oldukça uzun süren, oldukça fazla uğraştıran ve bence oldukça başarılı geçen bir uygulamayla karşınızdayım http://www.forumboyakoruma.com/images/smilies/1(1).gif
Nissan Navara'da yüksek lisans tezimi verdikten sonra bu uygulama ile doktoramı da tamamlamış bulunmaktayım http://www.forumboyakoruma.com/images/smilies/hoo5np.gifhttp://www.forumboyakoruma.com/images/smilies/dance.gif

Bu seferki konuğumuz 2011 model 50000km'de derin siyah renkli BMW 3.20d.. Aracın yeni sahibi aracın sağ tarafındaki dört panelde yer alan çok derin çiziklerin giderilmesi ve aracın boyasının düzeltilip korunması için bize ulaştı. Yaptığım incelemeler sonucunda araç sahibi ile beraber aracın komple zımparalanıp Aquartz Nano PPF ile koruma altına alınmasına karar verdik..

Aracı teslim almadan önce tamponu ve farları sökülüp ufak tamiratlar için sanayiye gönderildi..

Araç komple zımparalanacağı için kaput koruma filmini de söktük ancak enteresan bir manzara ile karşılaştık.. Kaput koruma filminin hizzasından kaputun ucu boyalı çıktı. Boyandıktan sonra zımpara yapılmış ve hala zımparanın sebep olduğu matlık duruyordu. Aracın kaputunda boya olduğu anlaşılmasın diye de boyanın üzerine kaput koruma filmi çekmişler..

İlk incelemenin ardından aracı konsantre şampuan ile iki defa yıkadıktan sonra içeriye alıp ilk müdahaleleri yapmaya başladım..

Bu araçta ilk defa olarak zımpara makinesi kullandım. aracın verniği ciddi anlamda sert olduğundan ilk müdahale için zımpara makinesi ile 3M 1000Grit disk zımpara zımpara kullandım..

-Zımpara ile aradaki kat farkını düzeltmeye çalıştım ancak oldukça kalın boyadıklarından %60-70 oranında düzeltme ile yetindim fazlası gereksiz risk almak olacaktı. -

Kaputunda zımparasını bitirdikten sonra aracı teslim aldıktan sonra ilk iş olarak rötuş boyası ile doldurduğumuz çizikleri 2. gün sonunda deneme amaçlı olarak zımparaladım. Ancak boya tam anlamıyla kurumadığından zımpara ile istediğimden fazla miktarda boyayı çiziğin içinden aldım. O yüzden tekrar iki kat daha doldurmak zorunda kaldım.

-İlk deneme Meg's Cutting Ped M105 ve 3M Detail Compound. 3M Detail Compound M105'e göre oldukça yağlı bir ürün olduğundan 105'in üzerine biraz ilave edip yüzeyin çok ısınmasını engellemiş oldum.. -

-Rötuş boyası tam kurumadığından çiziğin içinden bir miktar çıktı o yüzden istediğim sonucu alamadım. Yüzeyi IPA ile silip tekrar iki kat rötuş yaptım.. -

Bir gün boyunca aracın sadece 4 panelinin polisajını yapabildim. Verniğin çok sert olması zımpara izlerini düzeltmede işimi oldukça zorlaştırdı -

Ben aracın bir tarafının polisajını bitirdikten sonra Alican ve Ertürk aracın içine girip detaylıca temizlemeye başladılar. Deriler , özellikle kapı içleri ve emniyet kemerlerinden çıkan kir tahmin ettiğimizin çok ötesindeydi.. Henüz 1.5 yaşında olan araçtan bunca kir çıkması oldukça şaşırttı bizi.
Aracın içi için 1:10 Meg's APC yeterli oldu. Temizliğin ardından aracın tüm deri ve vinyl aksamlarına 3'er kat Meguiar's Leather Cleaner & Conditioner uyguladık. Uygulama sonucunda deriler pamuk gibi olmuştu http://www.forumboyakoruma.com/images/smilies/happy117ku4cm4.gif

Havalandırma kanalları için sıcak buhar ile temizlik yaptık. Buhar makinesinin haznesine bir miktar APC koyup buhar olarak tüm kanallara gönderdik.

5. gün sonunda iç temizlikte bitti ve 6. aracın geri kalan kısımlarının da boyasını düzelttikten sonra 7. gün Alican ile aracı dışarı alıp detaylıca yıkadık. Jantlar ve motorda detaylıca temizlendi ancak öncesi fotoğraflarını atlamışız..

Havanın daha ideal sıcaklıkta olmasından dolayı Aquartz Nano PPF ve Aquartz Titanium uygulamasını gece yaptık. Sağolsun Ertürk çok yardımcı oldu bana..

Araca iki kat Aquartz Premium ve iki kat Aquartz Titanium uyguladık birer saat ara ile. Her kattan sonra da yüzeyi ısı tabancası ile yarım saat kadar ısıttık..

fiyatları ziebart sonaxa göre çok daha uygun ve bence onlardan daha güzel iş çıkarıyorlar.
