Türkiye ve Osmanlı coğrafyasından seçilmiş eserlerin 1/25 ölçekli maketlerinin yer aldığı Miniaturk'te, 57 eser İstanbul'dan, 51 eser Anadolu'dan, 12 eser ise bugün Türkiye sınırları dışında kalan Osmanlı coğrafyasından olmak üzere, toplam 120 sabit eser sergilenmektedir. Ancak daha sonraki eklemeler dikkate alınarak rezerv alanları da oluşturulmuştur. Altyapı, sonradan yapılabilecek eklemeler de göz önüne alınarak düzenlenmiştir. Böylelikle Miniaturk, bir anlamda, planlı kentleşmeye örnek oluşturarak büyümeye devam edecektir.

Maketler yurtiçinde 10, yurtdışında 3 atölye olmak üzere toplam 13 atölyede üretildi. Atölyeler dışında Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi ve Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Döner Sermaye İşletmeleri’nde de Miniaturk için üretimler gerçekleştirildi.

Maket yapımında sanayide kullanılan plastik bazlı, açık hava şartlarına uygun malzeme kullanıldı. Maketler yerlerine yerleştirilmeden önce, Miniaturk Test Alanı’nda bekletilerek açık hava şartlarına uygunluğu bir kez daha test edildi.

Ayasofya'dan Selimiye'ye, Rumeli Hisarı'ndan Galata Kulesi'ne, Safranbolu Evleri'nden Sümeli (Sümela) Manastırı'na, Kubbet-üs Sahra'dan Nemrut Dağı Kalıntıları'na kadar pek çok kültür ve medeniyetin izlerinin bir araya getirildiği parkta, bugün artık yerlerinde olmayan Artemis Tapınağı, Halikarnas Mozolesi, Ecyad Kalesi gibi eserler de yeniden canlandırılmıştır.

Anadolu ve çevresinde hüküm sürmüş, izler bırakmış her medeniyetin Miniaturk'te yer almasına özen gösterilmiştir. Miniaturk ile Antik Çağ'dan Bizans'a, Selçuklu'dan Osmanlı'ya, 3000 yıllık yaşanmışlığın izleri Haliç kıyısına taşınmıştır.

Ben Burada Chevy Buluşması Yapmıştım İlk O Zaman Gördüm 2 Sene Önce Daha Sonra Ailemi Getirdim Çok Beğendiğim İçin, Her Gelen Misafiri Buraya Götürmek Lazım, Sevmediğim Özelliklerinden Biri Herkes Elinde Olan Kartı Eserin Barkoduna Gösterince Tanıtım Yapıyor, Ama Herkes Barkod Gösterince Karışıyor Her Şey...
