Yurtdışında devamlı gerçekleşen ancak ülkemizde şimdiye kadar üzerine pek düşülmemiş bir marka buluşması düzenliyoruz; Türkiye VAG Meeting -2011-
VAG; Yani Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda ve Porsche marka araçlarımızla bir araya geleceğiz, hem tanışıp hem arabalarımızın içinde bulunduğu -toplu- fotoğraflar ve videolar çekeceğiz.

Tabi ki ilk etapta videodaki kadar büyük çapta bir buluşma beklemek fazla iyimser olur, farkındayız.
Ama ülkemizde de çok sayıda güzel VAGlar var, artık bir ucundan tutmamız lazım
Organizasyonda çekilen fotoğraf ve videoları da yurtdışı sitelerinde paylaşarak Türkiye'nin de VAG konusunda ne kadar iyi olduğunu göstermiş oluruz

Etkinliğe katılmak için tek şart Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda ya da Porsche sahibi olmak
Araçların alçak, büyük jantlı, noslu vs. olması gibi şartları yoktur. Etkinliğe standart VAGlar da, makyajlanmış, daha şık hale getirilmiş VAGlar da davetlidir.
Herhangi bir forum ya da kulüp çatımız yoktur. VAG sahibi yakınlarınıza da duyurabilirsiniz.
Şimdiye kadar forumda fotoğraf ve video çekimlerini gördüğümüz pek çok başarılı arkadaş var. Ricamız ve temennimiz hepsini organizasyonda görebilmek

Krokide kırmızı bölge olarak görüleceği üzere, Maltepe sahil yolu üzerinde, askeriyenin hemen karşısında kalan küçük bir İDO iskelesi var, alanımız onun otoparkı.

Etkinlik için düşünülen birkaç basit kural:

- "Türkiye VAG Meeting" bir German Style buluşması değildir, sadece VAG grup araçların bir araya geleceği, araç sahiplerinin tanışacağı bir fotoğraf & video etkinliğidir.

- Organizasyon sadece "Volkswagen Grup" otomobillerinin katılabileceği bir organizasyondur.
Katılabilecek Markalar şöyledir:

Audi AG - bütün modeller
Seat S.A - bütün modeller
Skoda Auto - VW grup bünyesine girdiğinden beli ürettiği bütün modeller
Volkswagen Passenger Car - bütün modeller (Transporter, Caddy ve Amarok modelleri dahil)
Porsche - bütün modeller

Bugatti Automobilles SAS
Automobilli Lamborghini S.p.a
Bentley Motor Limited

- Organizasyona herhangi bir yerde toplanıp konvoy olarak gelinmeyecektir, konvoy yapmakta kararlı grupların yolda yaşayacağı yasal ve teknik sorunlardan kendileri sorumlu olacaktır.

- Organizasyona katılım ücretsiz olup, gün boyunca sadece VAG otomobillerine ayrılmış olan otopark alanı için girişteki İspark görevlisine 10 (on) TL ücret ödenecektir.

- VAG otomobiller alanın geldiklerinde, gösterilen uygun yerlere araçlarına park edeceklerdir.

- VAG otomıbiller parkedildikten sonra motorları stop edilecektir, çok acil bir durum olmadıkça otoparkta araç çalıştırmak ve yüksek ses ile müzik dinlemek ve dinletmek yapılan anlaşma gereği yasaktır.

- Otopark bölgesinde, otomobilleri ile tehlikeli hareketler yapan kişiler ve otomobilleri ile ilgili yasal işlem yapılacaktır.

- Katılım ve kurallar konusundaki hassasiyetiniz için şimdiden teşekkürler.

Ne kadar önlem alırsanız alın, her yerde kendini ispat etme girişimde bulunan kurallara uymamakta ısrar eden insanlarla karşılaşılır. Bu tip organizelerde organizetörlere çok büyük ve zor bir iş düşüyor benimde başım emniyetle sırf organizetör olduğumdan çok belaya girdi. Sizlere kolay gelsin iyi buluşmalar VAG diye sınırlayıp VAG bünyesine girilmeden önceki araçları almıyor olmanız biraz düşündürücü. Elbette bir çıta koymak gerekir fakat farklı bir yöntemle olması daha mantıklı olurdu.
